MY JOURNEY

I’ve been passionate about movement and fitness for as long as I can remember. I spent a decade as a gymnast, which taught me discipline, strength, and a deep understanding of how the body works. After my gymnastics years, I transitioned into the world of fitness and strength training, and I’ve now dedicated over 2 decades to the gym, learning, experimenting, and refining my approach.

Throughout these years, I’ve not only gained hands-on experience but also educated myself on effective training techniques, movement patterns, and how to create programs that truly deliver results. This program is a reflection of everything I’ve learned—designed to be simple, effective, and empowering.

I understand that everyone’s fitness journey is unique, and I’m here to support you every step of the way. My goal is to help you feel strong, confident, and capable, both inside and outside the gym. If I can do it, so can you!
